Pioneer Prime Trailer & Skid Packages
A comprehensive range of diesel or electric packaged options for fixed and portable installations. Designed with Pioneer Prime vacuum prime assist pumps to deliver extreme flows with high head capability using our UltraPrime™ priming system. This advanced system is capable of rapid (50 CFM) unattended priming and run-dry operation for the ultimate in remote operation. These packages are built for the toughest environment and are also available with Wet Prime and Standard Centrifugal pump ends.
Standard Centrifugals
Pioneer standard centrifugal pumps provide superior performance in a variety of applications. The large impeller eyes deliver lower NPSHr and improved vapor-handling capabilities, making them ideal for industrial, municipal, agricultural, mining, paper mills and oil and gas applications. These pumps are available for solids handling and clear liquid installations.
Self-Priming Pumps
Pioneer self-priming pumps, also known as Wet Prime Pumps, are designed for reliable solids and clear liquids handling. After initial priming, they continue to reprime automatically. Wet Prime Pumps consist of the GS Series and GT Series pumps and provide a robust pumping solution for nearly any application with high-performance demands.
Vortex Series Pumps
Pioneer Pump® Vortex Series™ Pumps eliminate costly and disruptive downtime by passing through the most challenging solids using a recessed impeller, making them ideal for applications where fluid conditioning, macerating, or mix-prevention are unnecessary. Vortex technology saves time and money by eliminating internal wetted parts, like wear plates and chopper blades, that would otherwise have to be monitored, adjusted, and replaced.
5-42"FVT Series – Vertical Lineshaft Turbine
The FVT vertical turbine pumps are used in a variety of commercial, municipal and industrial applications where water supply is readily available in rivers, lakes, ponds, streams or water wells. This heavy wall bowl assembly, vitreous enamel lined up to 15” uses a Francis design impeller constructed of investment cast 304 stainless steel that provides a very broad operating range with very high efficiency. Various options in sizing, design and material constructions can be specified to meet application needs.
